Your Opportunity: This position is perfect for driven sales professionals ready to earn $100k or more in their first year. Our sales reps convert INBOUND leads and help families sell their home, while having the ability to stay and lease it back. This position requires tenacity, drive, and discipline as well as the social skills to connect with homeowners. Mortgage/lending experience is a plus!
This job is important because it is a key driver of our revenue and a critical part to the sales team. The team will rally around you with support but your role is to help bring in the deals so we all get paid!

This job is important because
it’s the hub of our office and team. The office manager supports our sales team by answering the phone, entering data, scheduling meetings & appointments, and delivering weekly tracking reports. They’ll support our marketing team by preparing weekly reports, scheduling meetings, tracking projects, assisting with third party vendors, and managing lead generation. They’ll support operations by keeping the office organized and stocked, assist with company event planning, coordinate document creation and delivery. They’ll support our property & asset management team with budget & rent tracking, construction and repair scheduling, and crew communication. Finally, this position will support our CEO with mailings, task management, and other tasks as needed.
